Terms of Service

Last updated September 1, 2026.

1. This agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Prediction Fantasy LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Prediction Fantasy ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of predictionfantasy.net, the lineup optimizer we host, our cheatsheets, projections, articles, private Discord, and everything else we make available (together, the "Services").

By using the Services or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. What we provide

We publish research tools and written analysis for National Football League (NFL) daily fantasy sports and NFL prediction markets. That includes a lineup optimizer, per-slate cheatsheets, projections, and articles.

We cover the NFL only. We do not cover college football, spring football leagues, or any other sport, and nothing in the Services should be relied on for any competition other than the NFL.

WE ARE NOT A SPORTSBOOK, A CASINO, A PREDICTION MARKET, A FANTASY CONTEST OPERATOR, OR A BROKER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT, PLACE, BROKER, OR SETTLE WAGERS OR CONTRACTS OF ANY KIND, AND WE NEVER HOLD YOUR MONEY FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE.

Contests you enter and positions you take are between you and whatever operator you use — DraftKings, a prediction market venue, or anyone else. Those operators have their own terms, and we are not a party to your relationship with them.

3. Informational purposes, and no guaranteed results

The Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing we publish is a recommendation or solicitation to enter any contest or take any position, and nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Projections, rankings, implied totals, optimizer output, and analysis are predictions. They are uncertain by nature and are frequently wrong. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that using the Services will produce winning lineups, profitable positions, or any particular outcome. Past accuracy of any projection or model does not indicate future accuracy.

Every decision you make is yours. You are solely responsible for the lineups you enter, the positions you take, and any money you lose.

4. Eligibility, age, and your responsibility for legality

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United States to use the Services. Some jurisdictions set a higher minimum age for paid fantasy contests or event contracts than 18; where that is the case, complying with the higher age is your responsibility.

Laws governing paid fantasy sports and event-based markets differ by state and change often. You alone are responsible for determining whether your activity is lawful where you are, and for complying with the law. You agree not to use the Services in connection with anything unlawful.

5. Responsible play

Paid contests and event markets carry a real risk of losing money, and for some people they are addictive. Never risk more than you can afford to lose.

If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, confidential help is available 24/7 from the National Problem Gambling Helpline: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), or visit 1800gamblerchat.org.

6. Access, and one subscription per person

We do not currently operate user accounts. When you subscribe, access is delivered to you at checkout: a link to the optimizer and an invitation to our private Discord. Articles on the site are free and require no purchase, no account, and no email address.

A subscription is for one person. Because access is delivered as links rather than logins, we are trusting you not to pass them on. You agree not to share, publish, resell, or otherwise distribute your optimizer link, Discord invitation, cheatsheets, projections, or exported data to anyone who has not paid for them.

We may introduce accounts later. If we do, we will tell you and these Terms will be updated to describe how they work.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and automatic renewal

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY. AT THE END OF EACH TERM WE WILL CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE FOR ANOTHER TERM OF THE SAME LENGTH, UNTIL YOU CANCEL. A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS EVERY MONTH. A SEASON SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS EVERY FIVE MONTHS. YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME, ONLINE, WITHOUT CONTACTING US, AND WITHOUT ANY CHARGE FOR A FUTURE TERM. THE LENGTH AND PRICE OF YOUR TERM ARE SHOWN TO YOU AT CHECKOUT BEFORE YOU PAY.

Our season term is five months, chosen to cover the NFL season rather than a calendar year. If we later extend our coverage across the full year, we will change the term length only for new purchases and renewals, and we will tell you before your next renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By subscribing you confirm the payment details you give are yours to use, and you authorise us and Stripe to charge that payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price plus any applicable tax, until you cancel.

To cancel, or to change your payment method, open the Stripe billing portal from the confirmation page you received at checkout. If you no longer have that page, the portal can email you a secure link using the email address you paid with. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access for the remainder of the term you have already paid for.

We may change prices. If we raise the price of a subscription set to renew, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and it will never apply to a term you have already paid for. If you would rather not pay the new price, cancel before your renewal date.

We may offer promotional codes. Codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be applied to a purchase already made, and are not applied automatically to renewals. Not every code is valid for every tier.

8. Refunds

Subscription payments are final, except as stated here or required by law. Because our projections update through the week and access is delivered immediately, we cannot offer refunds simply because a slate went badly.

We will refund you in three situations: if we charged you in error or more than once for the same term; if we permanently discontinue a paid product during a term you have paid for, in which case we will refund the unused portion; and if we terminate your subscription for any reason other than your breach of these Terms, again for the unused portion.

Beyond that we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion, and we would rather sort a problem out directly than have you dispute a charge. If something looks wrong, email predictionfantasysports2026@gmail.com before contacting your card issuer. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the consumer protection law of your state.

9. Discord and community conduct

The private Discord is included with every paid tier. Anything you post there is visible to other members and to us, and you are responsible for it. Discord is a third-party service with its own terms, which you must also follow.

In the Discord and anywhere else on the Services, you agree not to:

  • share your access links, our cheatsheets, projections, or exported data with anyone who has not paid for them
  • post material that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, or that discloses someone else's private information
  • impersonate anyone, including our staff
  • advertise, solicit, or promote a competing product without our written permission
  • post material that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • disrupt the community or make it unpleasant for other members

We may remove content or revoke community access where we reasonably believe this section has been broken. We are not obliged to monitor what members post, and we are not responsible for it.

Nothing in these Terms stops you from publishing an honest review, criticism, or complaint about us anywhere you like. We will not cancel, penalise, or charge you for doing so.

10. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting it on the Services you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies others have already saved and routine backups.

You confirm you have the rights to post what you post, and that it does not break these Terms or anyone else's rights.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, we may use them freely and without owing you anything. This does not apply to anything you post publicly in the community, which is covered above.

11. Our content, and what you may do with it

Everything we publish — the optimizer and its code, cheatsheets, projections, articles, data, designs, and the Prediction Fantasy name and logo — belongs to Prediction Fantasy LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

While your subscription is active we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use what your tier includes, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Using our projections to decide your own lineups or positions is exactly that, and is fine.

You may not:

  • republish, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our content, in whole or in part
  • use our content to operate a competing product or service
  • use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download from the Services
  • use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of the optimizer
  • work around any limit, gate, or security measure on the Services
  • remove or obscure any copyright or ownership notice

You may manually download or export data your subscription gives you access to, and keep it in your own spreadsheet or database for your own private use. That permission does not extend to automated extraction, sharing it with non-subscribers, publishing it, or any commercial use.

12. Third-party services and data

The Services depend on and link to things we do not control: DraftKings salary and slate exports, Stripe for payments, Discord for the community, our hosting providers, and third-party odds data used to display game totals and implied team totals.

We do not control the accuracy or availability of third-party data, and odds and totals shown in our tools may be delayed, stale, or wrong. Always check the book or venue you are actually using before acting. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their practices, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

13. Changes to the Services

We are a small operation and the Services change often. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time. If we permanently discontinue a paid product during a term you have already paid for, we will refund or credit the unused portion of that term.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time, and cancel as described above.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful use, or if the law requires it. Except where we need to act immediately to prevent harm, fraud, or a security or legal problem, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a fair chance to fix it before we end a paid subscription.

If we end your paid subscription because you materially broke these Terms, fees for the current term are not refunded. If we end it for any other reason, we refund the unused portion.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DO NOT WARRANT THAT USING THEM WILL PRODUCE WINNING LINEUPS, PROFITABLE POSITIONS, OR ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

Some states do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PREDICTION FANTASY LLC NOR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRACTORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST ENTRY FEES, LOST WINNINGS, LOST DATA, OR LOST GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You acknowledge these limits are a basic part of the deal and that we could not offer the Services at these prices without them.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Prediction Fantasy LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors against any third-party claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of anyone else's rights or of the law. We may take over the defence of any such claim at your expense, and you agree not to settle it in a way that obliges us to do or pay anything without our written consent.

19. Disputes

Talk to us first. Before starting arbitration or going to court, you and we each agree to try to settle the dispute informally for at least 30 days, starting when one side sends the other a written description of the problem and what it wants. Send yours to predictionfantasysports2026@gmail.com.

IF INFORMAL RESOLUTION FAILS, YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, AND THAT NEITHER OF US MAY BRING OR JOIN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THIS MEANS YOU GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU CAN OPT OUT OF THIS SECTION WITHIN 30 DAYS, AS DESCRIBED BELOW, WITHOUT ANY EFFECT ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

To opt out, email predictionfantasysports2026@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and the email address you subscribed with. Opting out changes nothing else about your subscription, your price, or your access, and disputes will instead be heard in the courts named below.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which cap what a consumer pays in fees. It may be conducted on written submissions, by phone, or by video; if there is an in-person hearing you may choose to have it where you live. The arbitrator must follow the law and give reasons if asked.

Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may go to court to protect intellectual property or to enforce an arbitration award.

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and nothing in this choice takes away a protection you have under the consumer law of the state where you live. Any dispute that goes to court instead of arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broomfield County, Colorado, and we each consent to those courts.

Any claim relating to the Services must be brought within one year of when it arose, unless the law requires longer. If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement is unenforceable too and everything goes to the courts named above.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will post notice on the site and, if we have your email, email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and we will update the date at the top. Material changes are not retroactive. If you do not accept a material change, cancel before it takes effect and we will refund the unused portion of your current term. Minor changes — corrections, clarifications, or changes the law requires — take effect when posted.

21. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these Terms. One thing worth stating here: slates you upload to the optimizer are processed by the optimizer itself and are not stored by this website.

22. Everything else

These Terms, plus any policies posted on the site, are the whole agreement between us about the Services. If we do not enforce something, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may transfer our rights and obligations, for example if the business is sold; you may not transfer yours. We are not liable for failures caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. Sections that should survive termination do — including those on content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and disputes.
